This is the final week of camp so you are going to receive less video instruction! By now you should know how to figure things out by looking around your workspace and accessing our PBworks resources. Remember if you get confused, you can get help by:

Set notification and email preferences
- Set your notification setting at http://my.pbwiki.com to make sure you receive notifications of student changes
Homework Questions:
Create a new homework Week Four page & place it in the Week Four folder. Remember to link it to your camper roster!
Answer the following questions on inviting students and email notifications. There are two places to find the answers please look for the answers on your own workspace.

- How do you set your workspace security to 'private'?
- On a public workspace everyone can see your pages, we call these people readers. Where is the setting to allow these readers to comment on your workspace?
- When you have a public workspace, is it possible for just your students to edit the pages? Is it possible that anyone with a PBworks account can edit your pages? Where do you set this security setting?
When you invite a user to join your workspace
- Your students have email address, can you invite more than one student at a time join your workspace?
- Your students don't have email addresses, how can you invite them to join your workspace?
- Once you invite a student to your workspace, can you change their access level?
When a user wants to join your private workspace
- If you have a private workspace, how can parents or other teachers gain access to your site without you inviting them? (there are two correct answers).
Notification and email settings
- The default setting on PBworks is to allow other users (who are logged in and are members of the same workspace) to see your email address, where do you change that setting ? (Hint: It it NOT in your workspace setting panel).
- By default all users on PBworks receive email notifications about changes to the workspace, how can you turn off notifications for the entire workspace? (Hint: it is in the workspace settings panel)
- By default you will receive email notifications about changes to the workspace, these notifications will be sent immediatly. How do you change the frequency of these notifications (this only affects the notifications that are sent to you).
Try out on your own workspace:
- Upload your student email addresses or print out your student accounts
- Determine what invite method works for your class
